I remember this was an error caused by some old version of the P2P tool, I experienced myself, but it was corrected on later revisions. Do you know exactly which version of the program are using? Sounds like a problem with the W2000 user account rather than the program itself. Are you logged as Administrator or plain user? Latest OT version ask for Admin privileges for installation. Best.
