Hi David, did you make sure you DON'T have the option "Minimize to system tray when closing" checked? It can be found on the first tab in the Options form. That would explain what you are describing because when that is checked the program doesn't close, it just hides itself and can be reshown by ...

In the end I went one step further than just making the registry system separate, I also changed it so the new program will place its files in a different location by default. So for version 10 the default location is [My Documents]/Orphalese Tarot ...

I've been working on the beta pretty solidly for the last couple of days. I've mananged to sort out quite a few issues so far, including:
