Fixed Bug with Duplicate Cards

I was recently alerted to a bug in the program which meant that sometimes when changing decks (if you changed decks when cards were out and the new deck had the same total number of cards as the previous deck) then extra cards were being inserted into the deck. This is fixed in version 9.3.1.5.
