Problem Installing

Can someone help, i am trying to update my Orphalese after uninstalling my other one, but it keeps coming up access denied, can anyone help please?

Hi Dreamer60,

I am not totally sure this is the same problem which the other users on this thread are having, which is to do with uninstalling the program, so if I can work out how to I might move it to a new thread in this section (there are ordered by date so you should be able to find it again).

Anyhow, could you post back with the full text of the message you are receiving, and explain exactly when it appears? Also, are you logged on to Windows as an administrator or a user with restricted rights?

NB In the end we took this "off line" and Dreamer60 was able to solve their problem.
